• Tujuan: Melaporkan kegiatan program vaksinasi di lapangan yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas PKH Provinsi/Kab/Kota
• Pengguna: Pelaporan ini dapat digunakan oleh seluruh petugas dinas yang melakukan kegiatan vaksinasi di lapangan

Manfaat

• Data kegiatan vaksinasi langsung terekam di iSIKHNAS
• Koordinator tim dapat memantau pelaksanaan vaksinasi secara langsung, setiap saat
• Cakupan vaksinasi dapat segera diketahui jika data populasi diketahui

Strategi Pelatihan

• Pelatihan dilakukan untuk anggota tim vaksinasi/petugas yang melakukan vaksinasi di lapangan
• Modul ini dapat dilaksanakan secara independen / terpisah (tanpa modul lainnya)
• Modul ini dapat dilatihkan dalam pertemuan setengah hari
• Pelaporan sms untuk modul ini sangat mudah dilakukan

• Vaccination report always starts with VAK.
• Vaccination Program ID. This number will be provided by the system when the vaccination program is planned and submitted. Your coordinator will inform you of this.
• Use CKL [Name of location] to find the village location code for the area under vaccination.
• Use KODE SP to find the species code from the Species code list.
• Number of animals of this species given a first/primary vaccination.
• Optional: Number of animals of this species given a booster vaccination.
  • This sequence may be repeated for multiple species.
