*Optional: Abattoir code is needed if the reporter works from several abattoirs.

Each abattoir has a slaughter reporter. Some reporters are responsible for several abattoirs.
At the end of every day this person should send an SMS abattoir report to iSIKHNAS to say how many animals of each Animal Type were slaughtered at each abattoir.

Multiple animal types can be included in the same message.

An optional abattoir code should be included at the end of the report if the reporter is responsible for multiple abattoirs.

*Sign code/s from the Sign code list separated by a comma.
*Species code from the Species code list.
*Number of animals affected of this species.
*Optional: Location code if reporting from a different location to the one you are registered in.
*Optional: If possible, Differential diagnosis from the Disease code list. Multiple diagnoses separated by a comma.

===Abattoir codes===
There are well over 600 abattoirs registered in Indonesia. Each abattoir has been given a unique code which tells you its location.
This unique code includes the provincial and kabupaten location codes.

Example:
Jawa Barat has a code of 32
Kabupaten Bogor has a code of 01
So, every abattoir in Bogor will start with the code 3201.

There are five abattoirs in Bogor and each one has a different code – 01, 02, 03, 04, 05

So, the code list for Bogor abattoirs looks like this

Staff reporting from multiple abattoirs are registered to one kabupaten so they don’t need to use the full abattoir code in every message.
They can use the short code - the final digit to tell the system which abattoir they are reporting from.

This is possible because, if you remember, the system knows details about each user's workplace location and their areas of responsibility.
