LAB: Spesimen laboratorium

Format

LAB [ID kasus] ([jenis spesimen] [bentuk spesimen] {seksi} [jumlah spesimen]...) [lab ID]

Pengguna

• Petugas Dinas
  • Medik veteriner
  • Paramedik veteriner
• Petugas Lab-B

Tujuan

• Menginformasikan data pengiriman spesimen ke laboratorium
• Laporan bulanan kegiatan pengiriman spesimen akan tersedia secara otomatis

Kapan digunakan

• Pada saat Petugas Dinas melakukan respon kunjungan dan mengambil spesimen untuk diagnosa laboratorium

Reporting process

• Officers take and prepare specimens
• Officers write SMS LAB to iSIKHNAS
• Officers write iSIKHNAS Case ID on sample

Codes required

• Specimen code
• Specimen format code
• Laboratory section code
• Laboratory infrastructure code

Response

• Once the SMS is sent, the Reporter
  • will receive confirmation SMS from the system
  • This SMS will also be forwarded to the destination laboratory personnel

Follow up actions

• Laboratory workers test and report results of sample which will be automatically sent to the officer responsible.
  • if necessary, additional site visits may be necessary to take further specimens
