Coordinators are responsible for training the staff in the district. Training staff in the use of iSIKHNAS involves giving participants the opportunity to practice new SMS formats.  This usually means a lot of extra pressure on the system.  This can slow the system down considerably if the system isn't prepared in advance for the added heavy use.  A slow system will make training very frustrating and could cause a lot of other problems more widely for other users.  For this reason, '''every training course MUST be recorded in iSIKHNAS the week BEFORE the course'''.
