Dikembangkan pula pelatihan ekstra untuk memperkuat staf dengan keterampilan tambahan antara lain dalam bidang Epidemiologi Lapangan, Surveilans, Analisis dan Manajemen Data. Pelatihan-pelatihan yang fleksibel serta tertarget ini akan membantu staf untuk bekerja dengan kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi serta secara lebih efisien, dan akan memberikan tingkat presisi yang lebih tinggi bagi para pengambil keputusan serta kepuasan yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat.
