Use the senses
The greater the combination of our senses that are stimulated in learning, the more successful the learning is likely to be. For example, it is estimated that we learn:
- 10% of what we read
- 20% of what we hear
- 30% of what we see
- 40% of what we see and hear
- 50% of what we discuss
- 70% of what we experience
- 90% of what we teach
