- Pesan diawali dengan KOM
- ID Kasus, berasal dari sms U atau P sebelumnya
Pengguna
Tujuan
- untuk memberikan saran mengenai kasus yang sedang ditangani oleh petugas di lapangan
Kapan digunakan
- pada saat merespon kasus, baik dengan kunjungan atau telepon, untuk merekam informasi penting mengenai kasus
- pada saat melakukan investigasi kasus penyakit penting
Proses Pelaporan
- Petugas dinas yang merespon laporan kasus ingin menambahkan informasi mengenai kasus tersebut
- petugas mengirim sms diawali dengan KOM, diikuti ID kasus dan kemudian teks bebas
- Informasi ini akan disertakan dalam laporan kasus lengkap yang bisa didapat dengan sms LAPK
Kode yang diperlukan
- ID Kasus, berasal dari laporan U atau P sebelumnya
Respon
- Once the KOM SMS has been received by the system.
- A confirmation SMS will be received by the reporting officer.
- Notes will be added to the case file.
- Supervisors and coordinators may receive notification of these comments if they are associated with a priority disease investigation.
Aksi tindak lanjut
- No specific follow up action expected or required.
