Tujuan
- Menginformasikan data pengiriman spesimen ke laboratorium
- Laporan bulanan kegiatan pengiriman spesimen akan tersedia secara otomatis
Kapan digunakan
- Pada saat Petugas Dinas melakukan respon kunjungan dan mengambil spesimen untuk diagnosa laboratorium
Proses Pelaporan
- Petugas mengambil dan mempersiapkan spesimen
- Petugas menulis SMS LAB ke iSIKHNAS
Codes required
- Specimen code
- Specimen format code
- Laboratory section code
- Laboratory infrastructure code
Response
- Once the SMS is sent, the Reporter
- will receive confirmation SMS from the system
- This SMS will also be forwarded to the destination laboratory personnel
Follow up actions
- Laboratory workers test and report results of sample which will be automatically sent to the officer responsible.
- if necessary, additional site visits may be necessary to take further specimens
