Meminta format pesan
Jika anda tahu kode awal pesan...
Kirimkan SMS ke iSIKHNAS dengan huruf kode awal dari pesan yang anda tidak tahu/lupa formatnya. Contoh, U, P, PK, LAB. Sistem akan menjawab pesan yang anda kirim salah dan memberitahu format yang benar untuk pesan tersebut.
Contoh:
LAB
[iSIKHNAS] Format error. Valid format: LAB [case ID] ([specimen type] [specimen form] {section} [number of specimens]...) [lab ID]

Kirimkan SMS ke iSIKHNAS dengan “?” Anda akan menerima balasan sebagai berikut.
