PNEG: Negative Priority Syndrome Report

Format

• Ketik PNEG jika salah satu atau lebih sindrom prioritas tidak ditemukan selama 7 hari terakhir.

Tujuan

• Laporan Mingguan jika tidak ditemukan kasus lain yang mendefinisikan sindrom penyakit prioritas selain yang telah dilaporkan selama 7 hari terakhir. Secara kolektif SMS ini memberitahukan bahwa Pelsa telah waspada terhadap kemungkinan untuk menemukan Sindrom penyakit Prioritas diwilayah kerja Pelsa dan sebagai bukti bahwa tidak ada sindrom penyakit prioritas yang tidak dilaporkan pada 7 hari terakhir.

When to use

• Every Friday afternoon, is recommended. A reminder will be sent automatically to those Pelsa who do not report at this time.

Reporting process

• Pelsa send a PNEG message at the end of each week if they have seen no cases of priority syndromes other than those already reported for that week.

Codes required

• No codes required for this message however a knowledge of and the capacity to detect priority syndromes is required.

Response

• A confirmation message is sent by the system.

Follow-up actions

• A reminder will be sent automatically to those Pelsa who do not submit a PNEG report at the end of each week.

Example

• A pelsa reports a Priority Syndrome of PLS (limping and drooling in cattle) during the week. When this pelsa sends in his PNEG report at the end of the week it tells the system that he saw none of the other five Priority Syndromes on the list of six.
