Program yang disarankan untuk pelatihan tingkat kabupaten

Persiapan pada saat kedatangan

Para koordinator baru tingkat kabupaten diharuskan untuk menyiapkan pelatihan staf bersama-sama dngan koordinator tingkat provinsi dan pengguna yang sudah berpengalaman seperti pengelola iSIKHNAS atau koordinator yang berkunjung dari daerah aktif iSIKHNAS.

  • Staf harus didaftarkan terlebih dahulu untuk menggunakan sistem sebelum pelatihan dimulai guna menghindari terbuangnya waktu dalam proses pendaftaran. Pendaftaran di situs web seharusnya mencakup,
    • Nomor ponsel dan email
    • Tempat kerja terdaftar sampai ke tingkat desa. Infrastruktur juga dapat ditambahkan sebagai tempat kerja, bila diinginkan
    • Jenis pengguna perlu ditetapkan dengan hati-hati karena beragam izin bergantung pada jenis pengguna
    • Daerah tanggung jawabnya sudah ditetapkan
    • Izin sudah ditetapkan
    • Pemicu pemberitahuan sudah ditetapkan
  • Infrastruktur sudah diperiksa dan dimasukkan apabila belum terdaftar – RPH, kantor dinas, laboratorium, dan lain-lain
  • Kode lokasi di daerah bersangkutan sudah diperiksa – nama, kecamatan, kabupaten. Jika perlu penyesuaian, catat untuk diganti di kemudian hari – ketika antarmukanya sudah dapat menangani perubahan semacam itu. Daftar kode lokasi setempat seharusnya sudah dibuat dan dicetak untuk pelatihan staf. Lihat lampiran
  • Obat yang digunakan di Kabupaten sudah dibandingkan dengan daftar obat iSIKHNAS. Daftar setempat yang dibuat menggunakan Wiki, sudah disalin ke Excel dan disunting. Dicetak sebelum pelatihan.
  • Diskusi mengenai protokol, prosedur operasi standar, pengambilan keputusan, tanggung jawab, dan lain-lain.
  • Pemantauan – pencatatan kesalahan, kinerja pengguna, tingkat tanggapan, tindak lanjut kasus, kekurangan dalam komunikasi dan pengambilan keputusan, layanan bantuan, pengalihan pertanyaan.

Basic model for SMS message training

  • Set up prior to start of training
    • Set up training point scoring tool with participants names
  • Training model for each message set
    • Presentation of message set: Show video and discuss
    • Draw out main purpose/importance
    • Who is responsible/involved in the use of this message set
  • Training model for each individual message within a message set
    • Contextualised presentation of message function and its purpose/role
    • Presentation: Message format
      • Rules for ensuring correct format – commas, spaces, order
      • Mandatory and optional parts of message
      • Sequencing within messages, if available for multiple entry
      • Determine the Codes required
    • Demonstration: Open class scenario to send test message
    • Controlled practice: Show response on phone to check and enforce

    • Signs vs Syndromes vs Disease lists and Differential diagnosis vs “opinion”
      • All Pelsa and Dinas staff (using appropriately chosen examples and signs lists). Signs recognition and code matching activity using specially selected numbered photo slides and video clips. Participants put code to photo number on a sheet as the photos roll over. Discuss their answers/swap papers with neighbour and run through photos and answers together to share ideas. Run through photos again as a whole class and come to agreement about sign and code.
