This reply shows that there are many locations with the name "Bogor". Remember: Village level location codes are eight digits long. The first 2 represent the province, the following 2 the kabupaten, then 2 for kecematan, and the final 2 for village. Most staff will come to learn their relevant province, district and kecematan codes quickly so it will become a quick and easy process. 3201 is the district Bogor in Jawa Barat, 3270 is district Kota Bogor in Jawa Barat ... | This reply shows that there are many locations with the name "Bogor". Module 11: System Queries
iSIKHNAS allows users in the field to query information from system. It is possible to query system-based static data such as message formats and codes as well as submitted data such as case reports and farmer herd lists, for example.
Message formats
It is easy to forget the exact format of a message if you haven't used it frequently. Users should just send the start code of the message to iSIKHNAS and the system will send a return SMS with the correct message format. Here is an example
U
The system replies
U [sign,sign...] [species] [number of animals] {location} {differential diagnosis,differential diagnosis...}
This will help you to send an accurate message to the system using the correct format.
Remember the following formatting rules:
- […] square brackets mean data is needed
- {…} curly brackets mean the data is optional
- (…) round brackets mean the data is grouped in a sequence which can be repeated
Another option is to just send a ? to the system.
?
The system will reply with a message containing all the messages you are permitted to send, for example, a veterinarian might receive the following.
Format SMS tidak dikenali : SMS harus mulai dengan kode berikut: AH, BB, BH, BHK, CKI, CKJS, CKL, CKO, CKP, CKT, CUL, DH, DHP, DKB, DKL, DP, DX, GI, IB, IH, IMAGE, JBH, KGG, KODE, KOM, LAB, LAPD, LAPK, LAPSK, LH, LINK, LTL, OB, P, PG, PK, PKB, PNEG, POP, PRP, Q, R, RP, RVAK, SK, SLAB, SLAP, SP, TK, TL, U, UC, VAK, VSK, Z
But a Pelsa may only receive a message comprising the following,
Format SMS tidak dikenali : SMS harus mulai dengan kode berikut: CKL, DKL, CKT, KODE, P, PNEG, POP, Q, U
Location queries
Using the start code CKL with a freetext entry (of three or more letters) users can query the code for a location they know the name of. Here is an example;
CKL BOGOR
The system replies
Bogor: 3201; Bogor: 33100520; Bogor: 32122801; Bogor: 91051409; Kota Bogor: 3271; Kota Bogor Timur: 327102; Kota Bogor Selatan: 327101; Kota Bogor Utara: 327103; Kota Bogor Tengah: 327104; Kota Bogor Barat: 327105; Kampung Bogor: 17080608; Babakan Bogor: 17080507; Bogo: 35181407; Bogo: 35221...
