The goals for this Pelsa training are to;
- teach new tools for use when reporting disease and allow good opportunity to practice using new skills,
- increase Pelsa confidence and engagement,
- motivate and inspire good practices,
- give reward and acknowledgement,
- strengthen the bond between Pelsa and Dinas staff.
